Flower Making

In this post, i'm gonna share how to make flowers using socks cloth material. Try it and decorate your house with your own craft :-) 

Materials:

Socks cloth – 2 (color of your choice)

Flower buds

Nylon cotton

Thin string

Artificial leaf

Green tape

Cutting plyer

Scissors

Thread

 

How to do:

1: Cut the strings into 7 pieces of length 10cm each.

2: Bend the string and twist it at the end to make a petal shape.

3: Keep the socks cloth on top of the petal shape and pull it down to cover the petal string completely and tightly tie at the end using thread. Make sure that there should be no shrinks in the petal while pulling it.

4: Make 7 petals and keep aside. Now take a long string (the length you preferred) for the stem (appr 25cm).

5: Take small amount of cotton make a ball shape and insert the stem string into the cotton.

6: Cover the cotton with the socks cloth (another contrast color) and tie it with the stem string.

7: Place flower buds around it and tie tightly.

8: Now place one petal and tie it tightly using thread.

9: Place another petal next to it and tie tightly.

10: Like this place all petals and tie to make a flower shape.

11: Bend each petal outside slightly.

12: Attach artificial leaf and cover the stem using green tape.

13: Make more number of flowers like this and keep it in a vase.
